The Eagles’ Don Felder at Greenwich Odeum
Don Felder is renowned as a former lead guitarist of The Eagles, one of the most popular and influential rock groups of our time. The bandʼs record-setting compilation Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) sold over 29 million copies in the U.S. alone and was awarded by the RIAA the top-selling album of the 20th Century.
Currently, Don and the Eagles have sold more than 83.5 million albums.
A member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998, Felder served as a member of The Eagles for 27 years, putting his mark on numerous Eagles milestones. Felder originated the music and co-wrote The Eaglesʼ biggest hit –the iconic, Grammy-studded smash “Hotel California” –along with fan favorites like “Victim of Love” and “Those Shoes”.

The English Garden: A Lecture Series at Blithewold Mansion
The gardens of “olde England” are celebrated in poetry, painting, and prose and are considered one of the nation’s great contributions to the world’s cultural heritage.
This lecture series explores the creation and restoration of landmark gardens from the Middle Ages to the early 18th century, the period when England developed its own distinct horticultural and design traditions.
The lecture begins at 11 a.m.

Red Hot Chilli Pipers at Stadium Theatre
Bagpipes with attitude, drums with a Scottish accent and a show so hot, it carries its own health warning.
The achievements of the Red Hot Chilli Pipers have reached incredible heights with a groundbreaking fusion of traditional Scottish music and rock/pop anthems, which the band proudly calls “bagrock.”

RI Philharmonic Orchestra at The Vets
Artistic Director and Conductor Bramwell Tovey conducts the first concert of Season 75 featuring Grammy-winning pianist Yefim Bronfman performing Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No.3.
The Orchestra also plays Bartók’s Concerto for Orchestra.

Boat Tour of Green Jacket Shoal at Providence River Boat Company
Join University of RI Graduate School of Oceanography Marine Archaeologist David Robinson for a 60-minute exploration of the Providence waterways & Green Jacket Shoal.
David has found the remains of a historical floating dry dock & 26 wooden-hulled vessels, deemed “Rhode Island’s largest ship graveyard” and a reminder of the industrial fervor that transformed Providence into a thriving commercial waterfront.
