A 67-page indictment alleges that members and associates of two major gangs operating in Providence and other Rhode Island communities participated in violent acts, including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, assault with intent to commit murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, firearms offenses, narcotics trafficking, wire fraud, and other criminal conduct.
