Police spoke with the caller, who along with another man both stated to police that they attempted to sell an iPhone 11 by utilizing the "Offer Up" App and were robbed.

The caller stated that 28 Arch Street was the agreed-upon meeting location for the sale of an iPhone 11 color black (serial number unknown).

According to the caller, upon their arrival, "two Hispanic male subjects in their 20's walked out from behind the residence and made their way to [his] vehicle.  One male was described as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and the other wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt."

According to the caller, the male subject dressed in black then brandished a black firearm and pointed it directly at him, demanded the iPhone and both their wallets. Both subjects then fled on foot behind 26/28 Arch Street.

The wallets were both described as black containing Rhode Island driver's licenses as well as credit and debit cards. The caller was unable to provide police with a serial number on the iPhone, and stated that it was turned off.

Police units from District 4 and 3 responded to the area in attempts to locate these fleeing subjects.
