Police Respond to Shots Fired, Find 34 Spent Shell Casings Off Branch Avenue in Providence

Providence Police responded to reports of shots fired in the city overnight — and found 34 spent shell casings.
About Incident
At approximately 8 PM on Wednesday, November 18, police were dispatched to the area of Luna Street — off Branch Avenue — for a report of shots fired.

As police canvassed the area the spent shell casings continued down Luna Street towards Northup.
In total, police located 34 spent shell casings.
Detectives were called to the scene.
