Upon arrival police were met by a man and woman, who told police a subject had entered the driver's seat of the man's vehicle and attempted to drive off with the woman in the vehicle.

The woman stated that her male companion had gone into the store leaving her in the vehicle and the vehicle running.

A male then approached the driver side that she described as wearing a red old school patriots face mask and asked if she had any cigarettes.

The male then entered the vehicle and attempted to drive off with her in the vehicle. The woman opened the passenger door and bailed out of the vehicle before it could leave the lot resulting in scrapes and minor injuries.

Police checked the cameras from inside of 286 Valley Street and observed the suspect male approach in a black jacket with a tan hood, baggy jeans, a red facemask and was carrying a walking cane.
