Armed Home Invasion in Providence - Juvenile Inside at Time, Car Stolen

An armed home invasion was reported in Providence on Sunday.  A juvenile was inside the residence at the time; the suspects reportedly stole the victim's vehicle.
 
About Incident  

Shortly after 2 PM, Providence Police responded to a report of a home invasion on Melrose Street in the Elmwood section of the city. 

Police say they met with the female victim and her juvenile daughter; the victim said she had been in her bedroom when two unidentified masked males wearing black entered the room.

The victim told police one of the men had a gun; the victim said that one of the suspects briefly entered her daughter's bedroom. 

According to the victim, the suspects began looking through the apartment and took her car keys and fled in her vehicle.
