Gallery Z Affordable Art Exhibit
Gallery Z on Federal Hill has announced the opening of its Affordable Art exhibit.
A range of sizes, mediums and subject manner are on display including original paintings, drawings, and photography – still lifes, studies and portraits, landscapes, seascapes and cityscapes, abstracts, figuratives and geometrics.
There are local artists’ glass bowls, vases, pottery, sculpture and assemblages, limited-edition prints and intricate handmade fine jewelry by local jewelry artists, including Richard Bradley’s ornate theatrical creations, as well as an area featuring RI-themed small artworks and fun gifts.

Friday Night Live at Everett Stage
Hilarious Improv Comedy featuring live music from guitarist/composer Bertrand Laurence and pianist Keith Munslow! Get beside yourself with FNL’s interactive scenes, on-the-spot musicals, improvised song, dance, and skits! Performances are intended for audiences of all ages, personality types, and food groups.
The event goes from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

RI Comic Con at Dunkin' Donuts Center and RI Convention Center & The Omni
Rhode Island Comic-Con is returning to downtown Providence this weekend for the seventh straight year, but this time with an added venue - The Omni Hotel.
RI Comic-Con takes place from Friday, November 2 to Sunday, November 4.
Comic-Con will be open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The Pennfield School announced the schedule for its is set to host its 27th annual Cornucopia Arts Celebration.
Professional artisans will display for sale their works of art including woodworking, jewelry, clothing, pottery, photography, home decor, and other high-quality crafts. Cornucopia is a juried show and artisans are selected to participate based on the quality and uniqueness of their art.
