The University of Rhode Island men’s basketball team lost its 5th game in a row with another embarrassing loss — this time to VCU.
URI has lost 10 of its last 12.
The Rams fell 88-67.

David Green led the Rams with 16 points — he was the only Rhode Island player in double figures.
The Rams are trending in the wrong direction, and there are growing concerns about the future of the program. The Rams never led in the game. The game was tied for a total of 25 seconds. VCU won every stat category in the game.
