Two Women Stabbed Overnight in Providence, One in Critical Condition

Two women were stabbed in Providence on Sunday night.

One of the victims is currently in the hospital in critical condition.

According to police, the stabbing took place on Grover Street shortly after 10:15 PM on Sunday. 

One female was a juvenile, who was not seriously injured. 

The other female, 20, is in critical condition and underwent surgery. 

Police are not releasing any additional info at this time. 

Latest Violence in City 

Early Sunday morning, two men were shot and killed in Providence. 

According to police, a fight broke out outside an after-hours party on Cheshire Street around 3:30 Sunday morning.
