Police Identify Murder Suspect in Fatal Providence Place Mall Stabbing

Providence police have identified the murder suspect in Thursday’s stabbing of 19-year-old man at Providence Place Mall.
Rick Hilario Cabral, age 22, was in court Friday morning and arraigned on murder charges, according to police.
