Marc Maron: "Hey, There’s More Tour" at Columbus Theatre
For over thirty years, Marc Maron has been writing and performing comedy for print, stage, radio, online and television.
Best known for his hit landmark podcast, WTF with Marc Maron, he has interviewed iconic personalities such as Conan O’Brien, Robin Williams, Keith Richards, Ben Stiller, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Lorne Michaels, and former US President Barack Obama. It has become a worldwide phenomenon: averaging six million downloads each month, with over 500 million lifetime downloads.
Maron currently stars in the hit Netflix original series GLOW, alongside Alison Brie and Betty Gilpin, and his critically acclaimed half-hour scripted television series Maron aired on IFC and can be found on Netflix.

Join in for a fun evening of rock climbing, with proceeds going to Polar Bear International's Climate Alliance Program.

Verdant Vibes Benefit Concert at Music Mansion in Providence
Verdant Vibes will present a program of new electro/acoustic chamber music selected from their free call for scores by Laura Cetilia, Ylva Fred, Matt Frey, Caroline Mallonée, João Pedro Oliveira, and Daniel Whitworth.
They will be joined by guest artist Thread Ensemble, a Boston-based trio who create original music in the moment in collaboration with the audience.
The concert goes from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

PC Basketball vs #19 Marquette at Dunkin' Donuts Center
The Providence College Friars men's basketball team is set for an afternoon showdown with the #19 Marquette Golden Eagles on Saturday afternoon.
The Friars are currently 8-6 in the Big East with just four games remaining.

Drew Lynch From America's Got Talent at Comedy Connection of RI
Lynch captured America with his Golden Buzzer performance on Season 10 of America’s Got Talent, where he finished in second place.
Since, Lynch has appeared on IFC’s Maron and CONAN, and amassed over 2 million subscribers on Youtube.
He was born in Indianapolis, grew up in Las Vegas, and currently lives in Los Angeles with his dog Stella.
