Providence Children's Film Festival in Downtown Providence
Films. Presentations. Workshops. Field Trips. Extraordinary independent and international films that cultivate empathy, foster a global perspective, spark new ideas and inspire audiences to think critically about their world.
The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. at various locations in Providence including Avon Cinema and the Providence Athenaeum.
The festival begins on February 14.

PC Basketball vs #10 Seton Hall at Dunkin' Donuts Center
The Providence College Friars men's basketball team will look to get back in the win column when they host #10 Seton Hall on Saturday night at the Dunkin' Donuts Center.
PC is 6-6 in the Big East and in sixth place in the conference.
Game time is set for 8 p.m.

The Love Hangover 2020 Benefit Show at Columbus Theater
The Love Hangover, now in its twenty-first year (and its ninth city and second country), is an annual event held on February 15.
On this day-after evening, the world-weary and the true believers alike huddle in pairs, playing songs to heal broken hearts and break whole ones.
Local luminaries of the music scene come two by two and each duo performs love songs to hold forth on love in all of its many guises:

Ice Bumper Cars at BankNewport City Center in Providence
Head over to the BankNewport City Center in downtown Providence for some bumper cars on ice.
The Center is extending its bumper car hours fro February break.
Bumper cars will be available from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Before John silly walks his way on to the stage, the excitement will build as the audience will get to watch a 45th-anniversary screening of Monty Python and the Holy Grail in its entirety on the big screen.

The Providence Bruins take on the Laval Rocket in the final game of RI Comic Con Weekend.
Be a part of the fun as the P-Bruins wrap up a weekend of celebrating all things RI Comic Con–including the players wearing special RI Comic Con inspired jerseys.
