The Ravers will celebrate their 30th anniversary on Friday night with a concert at The Parlor.
"We're celebrating our 30th anniversary, with some special guests, and an earlier show, too," said the Ravers on their Facebook page.

Newport Restaurant Week
This is the final weekend of Newport Restaurant Week.
Newport Restaurant Week takes place both in the spring and in the fall with more than 50 participating restaurants offering extraordinary two-course prix fixe lunches for $20 and three-course prix fixe dinners for $35, and a three-course premier prix fixe dinner for $50.

Congregation Jeshuat Israel Presents "Remembering Dokshitsy" at Touro Synagogue
Congregation Jeshuat Israel (Touro Synagogue) cordially invites you to a Kristallnacht commemoration, a screening of “Remembering Dokshitsy,” a documentary short film directed by Michele Vlakov.
The film highlights the efforts of Aaron Ginsburg as he helped a local government restore a Jewish cemetery and preserve the memory of Dokshitsy, Parafianov, and other villages in Belarus.
The event goes from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Join Newport in observance of the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day at Emmanuel Church.
The ceremony will include guest preacher Micah Sybor, as well as, tolling the bells.

There are small artistic treasures in oils, watercolors, pastels, graphics, welded metal sculptures, stoneware and other media to be found here at the gallery for the next two months as we enter into the holiday gift giving season. Work changes daily as new art replaces sold pieces.
