Southern Lighthouse Tours With Save the Bay

Enjoy the rich, historical sites of the lower part of Narragansett Bay on this 3.5-hour tour. With breathtaking views of the Newport Pell Bridge, Prudence Island, and historic Fort Adams, you’ll view 11 active and inactive lighthouses, and stop at Rose Island for lunch and a tour of the Rose Island Lighthouse and grounds, where guests climb up the tower to view the new Fresnel lens up close!

And, if you’re a U.S. Lighthouse Society Passport holder, get your passport stamped. 

The event goes from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Manhattan Short Film Festival at Jamestown Arts Center 

The festival received 1565 entries from 73 countries from which nine finalists were selected. These nine short films will screen more than 1000 times in over 350 cities on six continents during the week of Sept 27 – Oct 7.

Art League Rhode Island Elected Art Show at Jamestown Arts Center 

Art League Rhode Island’s 18th Annual Elected Artist Exhibition includes 52 Elected Artists who will be exhibiting exceptional original works in all types of art media, such as oil, watercolor and acrylic painting, etchings and prints, photography, ceramic sculpture and glass, and more.

The Exhibit does not have a specific theme but showcases the work of each individual artist.​
