Mary Dondero will present recent large-scale drawings that “reflect her concerns with our experiences of climate change.” The drawings are expressive, imbued with a rich array of marks and colors.
Tracey J. Maroni draws inspiration from nature. Her artwork is an “investigation and exploration” of the “patterns and cycles” of the natural world and “how [it] sustains us.” Maroni’s preferred medium is painting because of its “intriguing richness and fluidity,” and that the works can be “shaped and changed instantaneously.”
