Residential Properties DeRentis Completes Highest Providence Sale of the Year

Residential Properties Ltd. announced the sale of 295 Laurel Avenue on Providence’s East Side for $3,621,100. RPL Sales Associate Jim DeRentis represented the seller in this off-market sale.   

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the highest sale of any kind in all of Providence County year to date. RPL has now participated in the three highest sales in Providence year to date, with DeRentis listing the top two sales in Providence year to date.
