Residential Properties’ New ‘Military On The Move’ Services
Tuesday, September 11, 2012
If you or someone you know is a member of the armed services, you're in for a set of new real estate services here in Rhode Island
Residential Properties Ltd. and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) have teamed up to provide Rhode Island’s military personnel with a new service--"Military on the Move."
Military on the Move
The program offers active duty, retired, and wounded service members special benefits for real estate services, including a cash rebate or credit at closings. In addition, the program provides discounts for select ancillary products and other home-related items, including household goods and mortgage services.
Residential Properties Ltd. is currently the only agency in the state to offer Military on the Move.
“Rhode Island has a high concentration of active duty and retired military personnel,” said Elizabeth (Liz) Messier, the RPL Relocation Director. “The program connects these service men and women with our market-leading real estate professionals and allows them to benefit financially from special rebates and pricing on other value-added services.”
Making moving "as simple as possible"
Whether the cash rebate is used towards movers, appraisals, or closing costs, the service is a coordinated effort by Residential Properties Relocation division to make the process of moving as simple as possible for military personnel.
Messier will be on the September 16th edition of CEO Sally Lapides’ radio show, “Real Estate Insight,” to discuss the program further. The show will air at 10:00AM on 920 WHJJ Radio.
