Keys to a Bryant Win
Defensively, Bryant will have to contain running backs Matthias McKinnon and Otis Wright. Two of the top running backs in the league. Wright is coming off a game in which he rushed for 136 yards against Duquesne.
Both Wagner quarterbacks, Alex Thomson and Chris Andrews have been hurt the past two games and their availability is uncertain for this game. If they are not playing, Wagner will primarily hand it off and if they are playing, they likely will not be 100% healthy.
Bryant should have an advantage defensively.
Offensively, the Bulldogs can't afford turnovers and they can not take their foot off the gas like they did last week against Holy Cross.
Defensively, Wagner has been hurt by injuries and teams are scoring at will, nearly 40 points per game on just over 450 yards of total offense per game.
Bryant's offense should feel pretty good about this one, however, turnovers can change things.
Brown vs. Yale, 12:30 p.m.
The Brown Bears (4-3, 2-2 Ivy) visit the (4-3, 1-3 Ivy) Yale Bulldogs on this afternoon at 12:30 p.m. The game can be seen on Fox College Sports Atlantic.
This is the 120th meeting between the two programs and Yale leads the all-time series 80-34-5 and have won the last two meetings.
Key to a Brown Win
The Bears are coming off of a tough loss to Penn last week which all but eliminated them from Ivy league tittle contention. However, they still have a chance to move up the standings and have a good chance to finish the Ivy league with a record over . 500.
Last week, Brown's offense turned the ball over five times. In fact, in Brown's three losses they have averaged five turnovers per game. Turnovers kill momentum and can literally cost you the game. The Bears need to do a better job of taking care of the ball.
Villanova vs URI, Meade Stadium, 12:30 p.m.
The University of Rhode Island Rams (1-7,1-4 CAA) host the (4-4, 3-2 CAA) Villanova Wildcats this afternoon. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m.
The Rams are 3-17 all time against Villanova, who has won the last three meetings and five of the last six.
Key to a URI Win
For the Rams to win the game, it needs to start on the defensive end and trying to contain Villanova's balanced offense. The Wildcats rush for 168 yards per game and pass for 188 yards per game, as close to balanced as you can get.
Offensively, URI needs to run the ball better as they only average 99 yards per game and going up against the Wildcats who give u 140 yards per game on the ground.
