According to police, they encountered a group of people fighting, including a man in possession of a knife, who was placed in a police cruiser.
Police say they then saw a vehicle then flee the scene, which officers pursued and stopped.
Upon approaching the vehicle, police said they discovered a male stab wound victim who was being driven to the hospital.
Police said they followed the vehicle to the hospital, where the victim was reportedly uncooperative.
Second Stab Would Victim Found
Officers at the scene of the 911 call said they then observed another male victim walking away from the area with apparent stab wounds.
Police said that the male victim was uncooperative and transported to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.
At the scene, police said they recovered a blood-covered knife, as well as a live-pistol caliber round on the ground.
Detectives seized the knife and ammunition and are currently investigating.
