Trump to Nominate Former Adviser Moore to Fed Board—Watch GoLocal Interview

President Donald Trump announced that he plans to nominate 2016 campaign adviser Stephen Moore to the Federal Reserve board, according to reports.

According to CNBC, Trump is waiting for Moore to get through the nominee clearance process.

GoLocalProv interviewed Moore in October of 2018 when he was in Rhode Island for the Center for Freedom and Prosperity's annual luncheon.

About Moore

Moore is currently a visiting fellow at the Heritage Foundation and is a former Wall Street Journal editorial board member.

In October of 2018, he released a book titled “Trumponomics: Inside the America First Plan to Revive Our Economy.”

The book came after he served as Trump's campaign in adviser for the 2016 election.
