Actor Daniel Radcliffe, best known for his role as playing Harry Potter, said he is rooting for the Los Angeles Rams in the Super Bowl — and that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady should “stop winning” and “take his MAGA hat out of his locker.”

Radcliffe made the remarks during an interview at the Sundance Film Festival.

“The whole world’s rooting against the Patriots, sorry,” said Radcliffe.

When asked if Brady should retire, Radcliffe quipped the following.

“No, but he should stop winning things! [And] take that MAGA hat out of your locker," said Radcliffe.

“I feel that was the moment that as a country we said, “Come on dude,’” said British-born Radcliffe.

The ties between Trump and Patriots head coach Bill Belichick -- and Brady -- are well known.

At a campaign rally in New Hampshire in 2016, then-Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump read a letter from Patriots head coach Belichick, and told the audience that Brady voted for him.

“I don’t think [the Rams] are going to win but I want them to,” said Radcliffe.

Brady in the Clutch

Game-winning drives: The Patriots haven’t always needed Brady to rescue them, but he’s always up to the task when the time calls for Touchdown Tom. He needs just two more to tie Manning’s 56 and three more to pass him. Brady averages about two or three a year, so he could realistically top Manning in 2018.

4th Quarter Comebacks

A record Brady does not own, but soon could.

Fourth-quarter comebacks: Brady has a good chance at topping Manning’s 45 fourth-quarterback comebacks. He’s just one behind that record and could beat it in 2019.
