Saturday Morning’s Shooting Victim Has Died, 36 Murders in 16 Months in Providence

The latest shooting victim in Providence has succumbed to injuries and died, according to Providence Police.
The shooting took place Saturday morning at the 300 block of Broad Street.
The name of the victim has not been released.

This morning was the fifth shooting in Providence in the past 36 hours.
The death marks a staggering 36 murder victims in Providence in the past 16 months.
