RI Completes 40% Fewer Tests Than Last Weekend, But Cases Jump to 2,769

Despite the testing decline, Rhode Island had 2,769 new cases over the weekend -- and 27 more deaths.
The helter-skelter testing program continues to miss Governor Gina Raimondo's targets.
