Over 30 Shell Casings Found Following Shooting at Home With Children Inside in Providence

Providence police are investigating a shooting at a home that left over thirty shell casings at the scene.
About Incident
Shortly after 3 a.m. on Thursday morning, police responded to Bowdoin Street in Olneyville for reports of shirts fired into house.

The woman’s daughter told police she heard gunshots, and then saw a red laser pointed into the house followed by a bullet shot through the window.
According to police, other minors in the apartment said they heard gunshots.
Police are currently investigating.
