NEW: Four People Shot in Five Days in Providence

Four people were shot over a five-day period in Providence in three different incidents.
All four were hospitalized.
As GoLocal first reported, a man was shot on Friday night in the Manton section of the city.

Here is a breakdown of what took place.
Friday Night
Shortly after 8 PM on Friday, police responded to the 400 block of Manton Avenue for a call for a shooting.
According to police, they located the victim - a male in his 30s - on Atwells Avenue, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach.
He was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.
Police said that officers located a trail of blood from Manton Avenue to the housing development on Salmon Street; officers said shell casings and bullets were located on Fairfield Avenue.
Monday Night
At approximately 7:15 on Monday, police responded to Douglas Avenue at O’Neill Street for a report of a shooting.
Police said that upon arriving, they found a male victim with a gunshot in his back; officers said they were then approached by a second victim who had a gunshot wound to his hip.
Both victims are in their 20s; they were taken by Providence Rescue to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.
Tuesday Night
Police responded to Rhode Island Hospital to meet with a shooting victim on Tuesday night shortly before 9:30 PM.
The male victim told police he was shot in the area of Narragansett Boulevard and Washington Avenue.
Police say that, at the same time, officers responded to the 200 block of Narragansett Avenue in response to a report of a disturbance.
When police arrived, they said they spoke with witnesses who said there had been a domestic disturbance, and police said a suspect was taken into custody.
According to police, spent shell casings were located at the scene.
