GoLocalProv.com's Kate Nagle caught up with Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo at the West End Recreation Center on Friday, and asked for the Governor's reaction to the video released Thursday showing a Providence Police officer punching a female suspect and pulling her by her hair.
