One of the Greats
In his final season, Dunn has averaged 16 points, 6.3 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game, helping lead Providence to their third straight 20 win season.
"I think he will go down as one of the best point guards in the history of the school," said Friars radio analyst Joe Hassett.
At the Dunkin' Donuts Center, Dunn has reached double figures in 6 of the 8 Big East games played.
"I can't remember in my life time, a better point guard playing New England college basketball, and I've been coaching 32 years, he is one of the best I've ever seen," said Bryant University Head Coach Tim O'Shea earlier this season.
Acording to ESPN's most recent NBA mock draft, Dunn is projected to be taken with the fifth pick in the draft and the first guard taken. ESPN sites Dunn's quickness and his attacking ability as strengths.
"Defensively he separates himself from everyone, I mean he is 6'4"and he can guard three positions anywhere on the floor," Hassett said.
Dunn has 77 steals so far this season and 174 in his career.
