VIDEO: RIPTA Bus Gets Into Accident on Route 2

A RIPTA bus got into an accident at the intersection of Route 2 and Yawgoo Valley Road on Monday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m.
A video sent to GoLocalProv by Daniel Paulsen shows Rhode Island State Police on the scene and a woman receiving medical attention.

Besides the death of Emdjian, Bobbie Moore was killed by a bus on Broad Street in May 2015 and U.S. Marshall Frank McKnight was killed by a bus in June 2014.
In 2018, a motorcyclist was killed in an accident with a RIPTA bus in Providence.
