Providence Police Seek Information Regarding Missing Person

Providence Police Detectives are seeking assistance from the public related to a missing person identified as Jose Silva who has been missing since April 29, 2022.
According to police, Silva, age 36, is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’9”, 180 pounds with long, straight brown hair in a ponytail, wearing a black jacket, jeans and black sneakers.
Silva has a large dragon tattoo on his right arm and also has tattoos on his left arm.
