Despite being the powerful Chairman of the House Finance Committee and, then-Speaker Gordon Fox's closest political ally, Steven Costantino in his interview with the Attorney General's office and RI State Police claims to have little involvement in directing the loan guarantee scheme so it would benefit 38 Studios.
