Live video from Governor Gina Raimondo's press conference with Tim Horan of National Grid. Raimondo says this problem is impacting more than 7,100 homes and it will take a week or more to re-power.
Horan says that Grid will have to go to every home or business twice and must immediately go into each structure and shut off the gas as soon as possible.
