France: Drone Jammed Near French Aircraft Carrier Was Russian, Sweden's Military Confirms

France 24 report: 

The Swedish military confirmed Friday that a drone jammed near a French aircraft carrier this week was Russian as France slammed the spy attempt as a "ridiculous provocation".

The incident happened on Thursday in the Oresund, the stretch of water between Denmark and Sweden. A Swedish navy vessel jammed the drone 13 kilometres (eight miles) from France's flagship, the Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier.

Sweden's armed forces confirmed that the drone had been Russian.

"During the visit of the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle, one of the Swedish Armed Forces' vessels observed a drone taking off from a Russian signals intelligence ship," said a military statement.

Ukraine: Ukrainians Founded Over 120,000 Companies in Poland Since 2022

Ukrainians have founded more than 120,000 companies in Poland since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said during a speech in the Sejm on Friday, Feb. 26.

Presenting Poland’s foreign policy priorities for 2026, Sikorski said the level of economic activity among adult Ukrainian immigrants exceeds that of Polish citizens.

“Since 2022, Ukrainians have established over 120,000 companies in Poland. They employ people and pay taxes here,” he said.

United Kingdom: Electric Car Drivers' Spied on by Government’ Through Phones

The Telegraph reports:

Millions of electric car drivers in Britain were spied on by the government through their mobile phones as part of a “bizarre nanny state” plan, it can be revealed.

Customers of O2, as well as other operators including Tesco and Sky Mobile, had their mobile internet history and app records passed to the government if they visited a site related to electric vehicles (EVs) once a month on at least two occasions.

Department for Transport officials commissioned O2 to spy on 25 million devices as part of a £600,000 study intended to produce a “comprehensive evaluation and understanding of the uptake and usage of electric vehicles”.
