So, we got the news this week that the state or should I say most of the state will be shut down for two weeks beginning November 30.

How will affect me personally, and from a business level?

Well, it’s not going to be easy, and I am obviously not happy about it, but the good news is that we have a little over a week to prepare for it.

From a business standpoint, there is a lot of uncertainty looming, but from a personal level, there is no excuse to let your health and fitness fall off.

I don’t have full control of the outcome of the business and how it will affect our bottom line, but from a personal level, what we can control is how we respond on a physical, mental and emotional level.

Especially if you are a Providence Fit Body Boot Camp member.

My team and I have been preparing to pivot for over a week now, so when the 30th rolls around we will be ready.

We have a plan for our members so we can keep them engaged and on their fitness game.

I also have a plan for my team so I can keep them paid and active through this whole ordeal.

There is no sense in throwing your hands up and complaining.

There is no reason to give up on yourselves just because things are a little inconvenient for you.

I have a saying that if you want something bad enough you will find a way if not you will make up an excuse, and I will do everything in my power and utilize all my resources to find a way.

You can do the same by implementing some of the following ideas and utilizing the resources I am providing for you here.

Order some fitness equipment.

Working out at home isn’t as fun as going to the gym, but it’s far better than doing nothing.

There is a local distributer Perform Better, and they have everything you need to stay active during the shutdown. A few sets of dumbbells, some rubber bands, sliders, and you have enough to get your sweat on and stay fit while the gym is closed. You can go here to get everything you need.

Another thing you could do is focus on your nutrition. Eating healthy and building your immune system with quality supplements will lessen your chances of becoming sick. Now is the time to stock up on non-perishables like water, frozen veggies, meats to freeze, and other healthy staples. It’s also a good idea to remove all temptations from your house, so it isn’t easy for you to slip. I would also look into some multi vitamins, powdered greens, and some wellness shots. You can stock up on everything you need by going to pfbbcfuel.com

Lastly, if you need help with your health and fitness, and need a coach to help you through this, you can email [email protected] and jump into our virtual program, so we can coach you through this. Like I said earlier, my team and I have been planning this so we will be ready to help you take your health and fitness to another level, even while all gyms are shut down.

It all boils down to people doing the right thing. When the majority of people don’t do what they’re supposed to do everybody suffers.

Pandemic or no pandemic the people that don’t follow protocol and take care of themselves end up costing us all in the long run. Whether it be the high cost of health insurance, or the spreading of a deadly virus, it’s up to us as individuals to take care of ourselves, and not do the things that cause us and others harm.

Hopefully this second shut down will wake everybody up and encourage people to follow protocol so we can end this and get back to the way things are supposed to be.

Committed to your success,

Coach
