Newport MetreFest 2017 at Fort Adams 

Newport MetreFest is a new regatta for International Rule sailing yachts including 2.4mR, 6mR, 8mR and 12mRs.

MetreFest features three days of racing from June 9 to June 11.

Admission to walk the docks (before and after racing daily) is free of charge.

Annual Visitors Day at SVF Foundation

The annual visitors day is set to take place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Visitors will learn more about the Smithsonian & SVF Biodiversity Preservation Project and help celebrate the centennial of Swiss Village.

You will be able to peak into the facilities and meet laboratory, veterinary and animal husbandry staff.
