Residential Properties Ltd. has announced the opening of its newest office in Westerly’s historic seaside village of Watch Hill. 

 

Located at 124 Bay Street, this 10th RPL office strengthens the company’s presence in South County and extends its signature luxury real estate services to the southwestern tip of the state and into neighboring Connecticut.

The expansion marks the culmination of a significant shift in momentum in the local market. In 2025, Residential Properties welcomed a group of 13 top-producing area agents who transitioned to the company from the Compass Watch Hill office (formerly Randall, Realtors). The spectacular growth and local success of this established group over the past year has paved the way for this permanent, physical storefront in the heart of the village.
