Real estate has been my true calling for many years, but the foundation of my career was actually built in the financial sector. I spent over a decade as an executive with Fleet Bank, specializing in banking and mortgage origination. This experience is invaluable to my clients today, as it allows me to navigate the complexities of financing and high-level negotiations with a level of precision that is rare in this industry.

My perspective is also shaped by a diverse “previous life” out West. Having owned businesses in Malibu, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, I bring a bicoastal sensibility to the Rhode Island market. My background also includes a deep personal passion: breeding Friesian horses. This firsthand experience in equine management makes me a uniquely qualified advisor for clients searching for specialized equestrian properties. Every chapter of my professional life has equipped me with the versatility and insight required to deliver an elevated level of service

What made you want to join Residential Properties?

Returning to a locally rooted firm was important to me. Residential Properties sets the gold standard for luxury marketing in Rhode Island, but more importantly, we share the same priorities and values. RPL built its reputation by cultivating genuine, lasting relationships and providing a concierge-level experience for every homeowner.

Where are you from originally and where do you live now?

While I grew up in the beautiful coastal town of Narragansett, as I mentioned, I spent a decade living in Malibu and Scottsdale. However, the pull of home was strong, and I returned to South Kingstown 25 years ago. I’ve always been drawn to the unique charm of coastal Rhode Island. There is something so special about the casual lifestyle, the breathtaking scenery, and the distinct beauty that comes with our changing seasons.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I’ve always believed that a deep connection to the community is what truly drives success in this business. Outside of the office, I find my balance through horseback riding, gardening, pickleball, and Pilates. These activities keep me grounded and energized.

Above all else, I treasure the time I spend with my family, especially my two daughters, Alexsia and Tyler. They are a huge part of why I love the lifestyle here so much. We constantly find ourselves drawn to the water; some of my absolute favorite spots in Rhode Island are Green Hill Beach, Newport, and Watch Hill.

What are you most looking forward to now that you’re with RPL?

My focus is on expanding my presence throughout Southern Rhode Island, leveraging RPL’s industry-leading tools to better serve the community I love. My goal is to use the company’s sophisticated, local-first marketing tools to provide my clients with a more tailored experience. I’m looking forward to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate milestones with the backing of a firm that truly understands the nuances of the Rhode Island luxury market.
