Residential Properties’ Westport Office Adds Sales Associate Cindy Wilson

Residential Properties Ltd. takes pleasure in announcing that Sales Associate Cindy Wilson has joined the expert roster of agents at our Westport office. Wilson grew up in Princeton, New Jersey and majored in economics at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, later earning a master's degree in education from Northwestern University. She relocated to the South Coast area in 2016 and is now a licensed Realtor® in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Longtime teacher – quick learner

Wilson and her husband raised their two sons in Charlotte, North Carolina. Having sold the home they lived in for 23 years and moving four times in five years, she is eager to apply that experience toward helping others list their homes and find new ones. Today, as a resident of Westport, she has entrenched herself in the Westport and Dartmouth communities, bringing her extensive teaching experience as a daily substitute in both school systems, also completing maternity leave assignments and summer school sessions.

She was drawn to Residential Properties by the local expertise of the OnPoint Team, which includes Broker Associate Laurie Ammann, Sales Associate Brian Janes, Sales Associate Kathy Santos, and Sales Associate Jennifer Silverman. “The team and RPL have a professional approach toward their listings and clients that creates a personalized experience,” Wilson said. “I’m excited to become part of the Westport office and look forward to more closely serving the South Coast community.”

The 3 C’s – Clients, community, career

Focused on her new career, Wilson looks forward to bringing diverse skill sets to her work. She is Co-Chair of Clean Our Westport, which runs twice-yearly roadside trash pick-up events, and is involved with the Westport River Watershed Alliance education and event committees. During her free time, she enjoys walking in nature and photography, particularly capturing action photos of sports and community events.

Above all, Wilson is a people-focused professional who lets clients know they are working with a tireless advocate and engaged thinker. ”I have a certain work ethic and will leverage that to serve my clientele with imaginative solutions,” Wilson added. “As a teacher, I relied on my ability to think quickly and adapt, and I look forward to bringing that and my expanding my list of credentials to RPL.”
