Brown was led by maybe its most balanced scoring of the season.  Senior guard Brandon Anderson led the team with 20 points, Zack Hunsaker added 17, Tamenang Choh scored 15 and Jaylan Gainey had 10 points and 12 rebounds.

Brown overcame poor 3-point shooting — the Bears were only 2 for 10.

The Bears are now 13-9 on the season. Columbia drops to 1-8 in the Ivy League and 6-19 overall.

Mike Smith led Columbia with 22 points.

Brown was down 30-35 at half-time. They travel to Cornell for a Saturday night game.
