President Trump (played by James Austin Johnson) addressed the nation about recent events with help from Marco Rubio (Marcello Hernández), JD Vance (Jeremy Culhane), Kristi Noem (Ashley Padilla) and Pete Hegseth (Colin Jost). 

The host on the January 17 show was Finn Wolfhard and the musical guest was A$AP Rocky.
