A video taken by a Central Falls resident shows law enforcement patrolling the streets in police vehicles, directing residents — in Spanish — over the loudspeaker to "please stay in your house."

“The Central Falls police are really driving around telling us to stay in the house,” said resident Marcy Cruz, who shared the video Monday night. “Can y’all just please listen to this so we can get back to normal.”

Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo has told Rhode Islanders gathering in groups -- in violation of the state’s latest “stay-at-home” ordinance to address the coronavirus crisis — to “knock it off.”
