[Suspect] enters victim’s unit and began walking around the apartment. [Suspect] is observed opening up closet doors, kitchen cabinets looking inside and then closing them. I observed [Suspect] walk inside [victim's] bedroom and began opening her drawers to her chest and then closing them.
[Suspect] was observed standing in front of [victim's] bed looking down at the bed. [Victim] stated to me that her used clothes and underwear were sat on top of her bed in the direction that [Suspect] is observed staring.
