UPDATED: Wyatt Guard Discharges Weapon — in Miriam Hospital Bathroom

A Wyatt Detention Center guard accidentally discharged his weapon at The Miriam Hospital in Providence on Monday.
The guard was reportedly at the healthcare facility with a prisoner, when the weapon was discharged in a bathroom.
According to police, no one was injured.

A sheriff was shot at the intake center at the Rhode Island Adult Correctional Institution.
The shooter was reportedly another sheriff and a member of the staff.
Initial reports are that the shooting was accidental.
