When police arrived, they spoke with the victim who said he and his girlfriend were in their apartment when they heard loud noises at their door.

According to police, the victim said he opened the door to see what was happening, and said he then saw his neighbor run from his door and enter his own apartment.

The victim told police that he then saw a swastika carved into his door -- which had not been there prior.

Police went to the neighbor's residence and took him into custody and charged him with disorderly conduct and malicious mischief.

Police stated that the victim was later arrested for threatening his neighbor's wife.
