National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration Predicts Near Average Hurricane Season

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released its 2016 outlook on Friday, pedicuring a "near average" hurricane season.
A near average season means the NOAA expects between 10 to 16 named storms with 4 to 8 developing into hurricanes.
