Man Currently on Parole for 2nd Degree Murder Arrested for Fraud, Possession of Narcotics

A Coventry resident has been arrested by the Rhode Island State Police’s High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force (HIDTA) for attempting to commit fraud and a series of narcotics charges.

Victor St. Hill, 45, was charged with conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.

According to the RI State Police, St. Hill has an extensive criminal history, and is currently on parole until 2049 for the 1995 2nd degree murder of Grady Bolden in Providence.

At the time St. Hill was taken into custody for this indictment, the following was seized from his person and vehicle:

  • 11 grams of cocaine;
  • 10 amphetamine pills ;
  • marijuana; and
  • 89 Fentanyl pills

 

This resulted in the following additional criminal charges:

  • Possession with the intent to deliver a schedule II controlled substance – cocaine
  • Possession with the intent to deliver a schedule II controlled substance – fentanyl
  • Possession with the intent to deliver a schedule II controlled substance – amphetamines
  • simple possession of schedule I controlled substance- marijuana
