GoLocalProv asked Providence citizens what they thought of the latest controversy surrounding Police Chief Dean Esserman. GoLocalProv exclusively witnessed dozens of underage young people partying both on Esserman’s property and on the street near his home. Yesterday, Public Safety Commissioner Steven Pare said the incident was under review.
