According to CNN, arrest warrants have been issued for 46 fraternity members.

“The university's Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) chapter was suspended over the allegations, which were reported to the school by the fraternity's national organization, the school has said,” CNN continued.

The charge is punishable by a fine of up to $20,000 when brought against an organization, police said.

Emily C. Garod, the deputy county attorney for the Strafford County Attorney's Office told FOX13 News that there is 'no potential jail time' associated with the offense.

'Student Hazing is the only charges we expect to be forthcoming from this incident,' Garod said.
