It was a year of successes, innovation, and political high drama.

GoLocal offers the first-half of its annual look at the change-makers — those that made a difference in 2018.

They led, transformed, and helped to build a new Rhode Island.

Each of the 18 impacted 2018 in unexpected ways.

“We love taking a look back and unveiling those that changed the state. We started this series in our first year, 2010. And, including this year’s 18, we will have selected a total of 126 change agents,” said Kate Nagle, News Editor.

Here are the first nine of GoLocal's "18 Who Made a Difference in 2018."

Jason Fane

Lilian Calderon

CCRI Faculty Association

Martha Sheridan

Stefan Pryor

Lisa Raiola

On Saturday, December 29, the second group of nine will be unveiled.
