Stephen Gilman, the owner of Poppy's Gourmet Kettle Corn & Waffles, joined The Taste on GoLocal LIVE on Thursday and discussed the success of the truck.

With the food truck now a-year-old Gilman is excited to expand into more events in Rhode Island.

Today, the Food Truck features 15 different waffles including the new apple pie waffle.

He is now making the food truck available for private events.
