She ushered some longtime favorite Newport summer concerts to Providence this year, and her star in putting on shows in Rhode Island is continuing to rise.
The former General Manager of the Newport Yachting became the Executive Director of Newport Waterfront Events when the Newport Harbor Corporation announced that the Newport Yachting Center property was sold to Colin Kane’s Peregrine Group, and the events would no longer be hosted at the Newport Yachting Center.
According to their website, the Newport Waterfront Events Management Team acquired these events, and have been actively working to find new Rhode Island venues to host the events starting in the summer of 2015.
